Mystery Shopping is a legitamite part time job

Recently there has been a big hubbub about mystery shopping and if this is a real job or if all the Internet companies are just get rich quick scams.

First of all mystery shopping is a real job, I worked for 12 years in the food service industry and dealt with hundreds of mystery shopper reports in those years. Those reports were created from independent contractors working for service review companies that had been hired from the parent company that I worked for. These reports detail cleanliness, employee's performances, as well as appearance and other details that affect a consumers decisions to visit a store.

Second, you need to be aware of the FAKE CHECK SCAM that has been plaguing the USA for the last two years. The MSPA site is the best place to read up on this.

The question that is being asked is if Mystery Shoppers are real or not. I can tell you from personal experience is that they are real, I worked in the food service industry for 12 years and worked for several well known companies. In that time is was clear that most of these companies would expect a review once per week or once per month per store that was owned.

It might not be the way to make a living, but it can help to supplement your income.
