Mystery Shoppers and 20/20 the facts

Mystery Shoppers are individuals that work either as an employee or an independent contractor to secretly review a companies store and employees and how they are doing in handling customers and what type of training might be needed to improve customer relations.

The question that is being asked is if Mystery Shoppers are real or not. I can tell you from personal experience is that they are real, I worked in the food service industry for 12 years and worked for several well known companies. In that time is was clear that most of these companies would expect a review once per week or once per month per store that was owned.

It might not be the way to make a living, but it can help to supplement your income.
